Every custom order is created through teamwork between our customers and our designers. Each side has an equally important part in making your custom lapel pins to both ours and your high standards.

Listed here are the responsibilities specifically outlined for both our customers and our company. We want this to be a stress-free and enjoyable buying and designing experience for you, so please contact us with any questions you may have after reviewing the information below.

PinOutlet.com is responsible for the following:

100% Quality Guarantee

We are sure that our pins will exceed your expectations. Should you find any pins in your order that have defects in workmanship and/or materials we will replace that/those pins at no additional charge to you.

Precise Digital Proofs

Before production begins we will provide you with a digital proof via email showing you the exact design that is to be manufactured. This allows you to make any corrections necessary, and gives you a precise model of what you can expect to receive in your order.

Order Confirmation

We will send out an order confirmation email to you, which will contain your pin order type, size, quantity, colors used, and the approximate expected delivery date.

Storage

Your design mold and template are stored in our warehouse for up to 12 months. This allows customers to easily re-order the exact pin from a previous order.

Timely Order Production

When we receive your approval for the digital proof and order confirmation, both sent via email, we will begin production on your pins within 10 days.

Delivery Date Non-Guarantee (Trading Pins)

Beginning June 1st and ending August 31st every calendar year, PinOutlet.com cannot give a delivery date guarantee for any custom trading pin order. We will continue to do everything possible to make sure your trading pins are delivered to you in a timely manner. However, we expect that our customers will place their orders well in advance in anticipation for each year's trading pin season.

Please keep in mind that once an order has gone into production it cannot be stopped for any reason. During this peak season from June 1st to August 31st we are also unable to give a production time guarantee. Once your order has been produced it will be sent with Priority 2-Day Shipping directly to the address which you have provided.

You are responsible for the following:

Legal Ownership of any and all logos, trademarks and copyrights submitted

By sending PinOutlet.com your design, you are certifying that you have the legal right to reproduce any and all logos and/or images within that design. You are also certifying that the production of any logos and/or images you submit do not infringe on another company's rights.

Carefully examining the Digital Proof provided

We expect that our customers will carefully review the digital proof that our design team provides via email before the production process begins. Please pay special attention to the colors, wording/spelling, and any designs used. You have the ability to make any desired changes to the proof. Once revisions have been made and you return it to us, this signifies your approval of the design.

PLEASE NOTE:

PinOutlet.com uses the PMS Color Chart. Because computer monitors display colors differently, we suggest that you reference a PMC color book, which can be found at most libraries and art supply stores. We also ask that you use PMS color numbers when giving our design team your color choices. These colors are listed on the digital proof that we send to you so that you can easily reference them and check them for accuracy.

Review your Order Confirmation carefully

After you approve your proof you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please review your order information carefully. Once this document is returned to us, the production process will begin.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once your order has been confirmed it may not be cancelled for any reason. However, if you do require that the order be cancelled it must be done within 36 hours of order placement. Credit will be issued on a case-by-case basis and any credit offered will be less a 25% restocking/tooling fee.

Provide Correct Shipping Information

PinOutlet.com cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays which are the cause of inaccurate shipping information. We will also not be held responsible for delays caused by U.S. Customs, an undeliverable shipping address, or misrouting by the postal service.

Signature Required

Please note that your package(s) will arrive with Signature Required. This means that the order will not be delivered unless there is someone available at the address given who is able to sign for the package. If no one is available at the time of delivery a signature tag will be left behind for your convenience. This tag can be signed and left for the driver so that the package can be delivered at the next attempt. Your package will be sent back to our factory after three (3) failed delivery attempts. Should this occur, you will be held responsible for return shipping as well as for the cost of shipping the items back to you.

Thoroughly Check Your Order

PinOutlet.com will not be held responsible for any defects brought to our attention after 15 days from delivery receipt. We ask that you thoroughly inspect all of the contents of your order immediately upon receipt, and notify us right away, as defects brought to our attention 15 days past the date of delivery receipt will not be accepted for remanufacture.

Mold Recycling Fee

You will not be charged for the mold made to manufacture your pin. The molds created are made from Copper, Brass, and Steel, and do carry a cost for us to use. We will keep your mold in our factory free of charge for 12 months after your date of purchase in the case that you decide to re-order the exact pin. Should you decide not to re-order within 12 months a $29.00 Mold Recycling Fee will be charged to your credit card on file, or sent as an invoice if the pins were purchased through an accredited school, university, or government agency.

Legal Details:

All Orders are Final

Because all of our pins are custom made to order, all sales are final. No order may be cancelled once it is placed into production. PinOutlet.com will replace any pins in your order found to have defects in manufacturing or materials.

Legal Disputes

Should a legal dispute arise, the venue for such a dispute will be Union County, Georgia. If this dispute pertains to the illegal use of a copyright or trademark, you will defend your claim at your sole expense. You agree to pay any damages and costs assessed against PinOutlet.com as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding. You also agree to hold PinOutlet.com harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding.

Illustrative Designs

All of the pins displayed on the PinOutlet website are for display and to illustrate the quality that you can expect to receive from PinOutlet.com when you place your custom pin order. Purchasing merchandise from PinOutlet.com does not grant you in any way permission to reproduce logos. It will also not transfer, grant, or lease ownership of any trademarks or logos to you.
