Soft Enamel Lapel Pins
Soft Enamel Lapel Pins are created from a mold using a design that you approve. The initial mold is a copper bronze base which is then stamped to create raised and recessed areas on the pin’s face. The pin is carefully analyzed for accuracy before your selected colors are hand-filled into the recessed areas with High Strength Enamel. The pins are then fired at 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes. An optional epoxy can be applied at this stage which acts as a protective coating to keep the color enamels from cracking or fading over time. Your Soft Enamel Lapel Pins are then polished, one at a time, then plated with the finish of your choice. These finishes include 18K Gold, Silver, Nickel, Black Nickel, or several different variations of Antiquing. Each coin is inspected to ensure superior quality before being individually packaged and delivered via FedEx Overnight Air directly to your destination.
