The photo etched lapel pin manufacturing process allows for more detailed designs and a wider spectrum of colors to choose from. These pins have a flat surface that a computer will “etch” your design into. The design is filled with colored enamels of your choosing before being fired in a kiln to ensure durability then plated with your choice of finish. These finishes include 18K Gold, Silver, Nickel, Black Nickel, or several different variations of Antiquing. A clear epoxy dome is then applied to protect the image’s surface. Each pin is inspected to ensure superior quality before being individually packaged and delivered via FedEx Overnight Air directly to your destination.
